FINE FRACTION FEED MODULE
MODULE PURPOSE:
Automated fine fractions feed into the melt during the casting operation using casting machine:
- - Feeding fine fractions' set portions into a charging box;
- - Recording fine fractions’ consumptions;
- - Eliminating the influence of the "human factor" on the fine fraction’s introduction process;
- - Unmanning dangerous areas according to the "unmanned production" initiative.
TECHNICAL SOLUTION BRIEF
The module's operates in sync with casting machine’s conveyor and ladle tapping operations. The dosing equipment operations start simultaneously when metal casting begins and ends when the ladle is empty.
